The Titanium version of the Garmin Descent Mk1 Dive Computer has all of the features of the silver version, comes with a black silicone band but ups the style level with a brushed titanium bezel.
The Descent Mk1 is a 'smart' dive computer with additional sensors and hardware to make it a much more practical computer / watch than the rest. Besides the normal diving functions that you would expect from a premium computer, it can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth for on-screen messages, emails and notifications as well as a suite of fitness functions thanks to GPS and heart rate sensors.
When in the water the Descent Mk1 automatically stores your entry and exit positions via GPS for your dive log, it offers various dive modes including diving, apnea, multi-gas and gauge and supports nitrox and trimix gases, it has a 3 axis digital compass and a large memory to store your dive profiles.
The Descent Mk1 housing is made from a fibre reinforced polymer to make it strong, but also lightweight, a sapphire crystal display lens and the bezel is brushed titanium for a stylish and durable finish. It is supplied with a black silicone wrist band, but other colours are also available separately and easily swapped over thanks to the QuickFit system. It uses a rechargeable battery like any good smart device should and provides the following battery run times before it'll need a charge depending on use:
